Board of Directors

The Queensland Local Government Superannuation Board (ABN 23 053 121 564) is responsible for managing LGsuper in the best interests of members. Half the Board is elected by members, with the other half nominated by the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ) to represent employers.

The six current member and employer representatives were appointed for 4-year terms starting 1 July 2008. The Board took the option to appoint an independent Director (Brian Roebig) for a 4-year term from 1 August 2008. Independent Director Brian Roebig is also Chairman of the Board. The Board works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and his staff to ensure your financial future is looked after.
