Complaints
We hope you’re happy with LGsuper and the service we provide. If you’re not, we have procedures in place to review and respond to your complaint (in most cases within 14 days). You can find out more about our procedures from our Enquiries, concerns and complaints info sheet.
If you’re not satisfied by our response, you can take the matter to the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal (SCT). The SCT is an independent body set up by the Australian Government to resolve particular types of complaints only where a member has already made use of their fund’s internal complaints procedure.
