27 September 2011 - Temporary interuptions of service for former City Super members
The transfer of City Super's member records to the LGsuper computer system is progressing well and we are now able to process full withdrawals and rollovers. Investment switches, contributions, updates to personal information and beneficiary nominations can also be made.
Most former City Super members have been notified of their new member numbers - with the exception of members with Pension accounts. Pensioners will receive their member numbers shortly and should keep using their old City Super member number in the meantime.
Former City Super members and their employers can recommence using BPAY to make contributions. You'll need your member number plus a unique reference number, created using the BPAY generator on our website.
The member login section of the LGsuper website is now available for registration for members with an Accumulation account, Retained Benefit account, Spouse account or Defined Benefit account. You can view your current account balance now. Pensioners are currently unable to register or access their details online, but will be able to do so shortly.
