When Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) came into being on 1 July 2010, some employees were members of LGsuper while others were members of City Super. LGsuper and City Super merged on 1 July 2011, which means that there are now two differerent superannuation and insurance arrangements in place among employees of QUU depending on the employee's location or previous employer.
QUU employees in a work location within the Brisbane City Council boundary or who were previously employed by Brisbane City Council are covered by arrangements covered in the following documents:

From 1 July 2012
QUU employees in a work location outside of the Brisbane City Council boundary or who were previously employed by a council other than BCC are covered by arrangements in the following documents:

- Defined Benefits Fund guide
