Respectful Contact Policy

We value all the interactions we have with our members, and we encourage feedback that helps us deliver better products and services. Our employees are here to help and will always treat you with courtesy and respect. We ask all those interacting with our team members to do the same.

Brighter Super have a Zero Tolerance approach to ensure all employees, contractors and business partners (our Team) are treated appropriately in the execution of their role. This means that discriminatory, harassing, offensive, aggressive or violent behaviour(s) towards our team, or any persons within our workplace or any location where our Team are working, will not be tolerated.

Offensive and abusive behaviour is any incident in which a member of our Team is harassed, threatened, abused or assaulted in circumstances arising out of, or during the course of, their work in any location, face to face, by phone, virtually or in writing and includes the use of Media (Social or Traditional) as a means to be discriminatory, harassing, offensive, threatening or demeaning to one of our Team.

Members, business associates or intermediaries who exhibit offensive and/or abusive behaviour toward members of our Team (in person, by phone, or via any other means of contact including social media, messaging services etc), will be advised that this behaviour will not be tolerated. Any future violation of this Zero Tolerance policy may result in Brighter Super limiting the member’s ability to conduct business/interact in person or by phone, blocking on social media, or any other avenue deemed necessary to ensure our Team are safe.

All abusive correspondence will be retained for reference should the matter persist and need to be referred to the appropriate authorities.
